Our small business began to have attraction and more ambition when we saw that here in the area where we live in the Central Valley, there are many people from Northern Mexico. We decided to start building our dream to share with locals and strangers our delicious Sonoran cuisine "Los Dogos" as hot dogs are traditionally known, not without first mentioning the delicious hamburgers.

Our family hot dog company "Los Dogos Del Gordo", was born in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.

The Hotdogs and hamburgers are a very traditional dish in the gastronomic culture of Sonora, it has been sold for more than 50 years, it has been evolving in form and flavor. It is sold with many presentations and names but always maintaining the exquisite flavor that characterizes it, with its delicious artisan bread, ingredients have been incorporated to satisfy the most demanding palate.

The Sonoran hot dog was named among the ten street foods as one of the best in the United States by USA TODAY, particularly in the south of the country.
